David, Lorna and Louisa (and Jenson, our friendly and laid-back chocolate Labrador), welcome you to The Old Mill Bed & Breakfast.

Ours is a well appointed, family run B&B in Bere Regis, Dorset. Our aim is to give you a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of Hardy’s Dorset.

Our own home is the former Miller’s cottage adjoining the former water mill which we renovated over the winter of 2011/2012. We have created four brand new bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms within the 18th Century building. Our intention was to create modern facilities and comfort within a delightful period property. We have retained some of the traditional mill features, including a view of the original mill race.

Room rates include full English or Continental breakfast and complimentary teas and coffee. We also offer free Wi-Fi internet and have plenty of parking. We are centrally located and easy to find, making The Old Mill B&B the ideal place to base yourself for your stay in Dorset or for a convenient stop-over en route to other destinations.
